On Monday Aline Smithson, author of California based photography blog LENSCRATCH, became the latest passenger in the 1st Class Carriage and was guest contributor to the Broken Train. The Broken Train is a picture game played everyday by my photography collective ‘Five Eleven Ninety Nine‘. You can find out more about it here.

It seems that Aline has become such a fan of the Broken Train and our work in general that she has devoted her blog to us this week.

Video – Smother Me – Vince Kidd

I had my first attempt at shooting and editing a video ever this week. It was great fun! With the help of photographer friends, Sam Bland and Simone Massera we managed to get this performance by Vince Kidd shot in a very very short space of time. The song is entitled ‘Smother Me’.
